Good morning Dear Journal and friends, It's Monday and back to my daily exercise routine. My treadmill speed I had to decrease from 2.6 to 2.1 that's okay I'm still walking my 35 mintues. Good news with going up and down my stairs has been amazing. I have mastered walking up the stairs normally again, instead of one step at a time. Unless If I'm carrying something in my arms then back to one step at a time. I do not trust myself with my balance and not take the chance of falling. Be there and fall to many times and its not fun. Ouch! It's best to be safe then sorry..I pat myself on my back for my accomplishments with all my illments. May all my followers have a blessed, safe, day...
