I am feeling very good about today. I stocked the fridge with veggies and fruit. Even better, I ate quite a few! The kids were even excited about all of this. I had a big salad for dinner, my snack was an apple. I got some exercise, although I didn't make it to the gym today. I should get back there soon though. That is another big component to this program working for me.

I had way too much fat even with all the healthy foods. I need to aim for the following: Carbs at 45-65%, Protein at 10-35% and Fat at only 20-35%. Fat was at just over 50% today, so I need to work on that.

Tomorrow will be another great day!
