I was really good so far! However, my colleague treated me with McDonald’s Big Mac menu.
Felt so guilty! I shouldn’t have accepted. I felt if I walk I could make it up. I took a 30 minute walk. It was active day already. When I get home, I will do cleaning and tidying up and down.
This process so hard. I have tried many times to dieting never been successful!
I used size 6 ( 45 kg, now I am 80kg) and size 12/14.
I know sound is crazy, but I will gained. It’s all about eating wrong food.
Now I changed my eating habit and became more active.
Once you get older weight sit on you ! Metabolism works very slow, in addition you get some other illness etc
80 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
