Happy Monday - today started with trying a new oatmeal - it is from Schawn's. frozen ready to go steel cut oats with red quinoa and flax. It is higher in calories and carbs than the bob's red mill I have been eating so I had to adjust the rest of the meal. was really good and I'm feeling satisfied. forgot to weigh in this morning so I will do that when I get home from work. I had a great weekend and I hope everyone has a great day. oh - I am just adding a current progress picture - Started at a 40 inch waist and I am in size 32 waist jeans. Pretty happy.
