This weekend was so much fun!

I am not going to step on the scale for a while because it is that "fun" time of the month and since I know that the number is going to reflect water weight there is no sense in being discouraged over nothing.

Looking forward to this new week and doing the best I can do!

My goals for this week:
- run at least four times
- do yoga/pilates at least twice
- eat healthy
- decide to start each day positively
- sleep well
- make time every night to relax and have "me time"
