One more difficult day is over!!! At least I will have four days off. Well not completely off. I will definitely have to work at home on Friday or Saturday but I WILL BE HOME!!! I did make 6 muffins in order to have breakfast for the days ahead. They turned out OK and I think that next time I will make a double batch to have for the whole week. I wonder if I can keep them out of the fridge. I have to hand over my evaluation card for 2009. I dread the time as I never know what my supervisor thinks. Hopefully the best?????? time to go to sleep. I have a long journey tomorrow morning!!
