Great job on adding that much exercise. That's been the hardest part for me (and I still haven't really started yet). I totally understand just wanting to feel better in your own skin, and mostly just for YOU to wear a bikini and have pictures taken... that's why I started this whole thing too! I'm sick of people telling me "why diet? you look fine." When I don't FEEL fine and out-fat most of my favorite clothes. So if anyone says that to you, punch them for me, k?
