I walk/ran a total of six miles yesterday!! I was sweating like a pig but it felt great! It helps that I also broke it up into two different work out sessions- each three miles long.

And I stepped on the dreaded scale... after being sick and eating everything in site, then losing my appetite, and then eating brownies and cookies... I lost some weight!! 110.8 is what my scale said. Now lets see how I can do at my mother in laws house... where her and Paula Dean share an obsession with butter and fatty food.

Since I ran so much yesterday, I will do some yoga this morning (with my coffee cup near by) before we head out. That means I better get off the computer and get going!
