Seriously 😞 I actually feel I’m getting bigger! My waist measurement hasn’t changed. I don’t believe this is a true loss, as iv had a few scale results before and after I pooped this morning. Iv reduced my alcohol, I guess it’s time to cut it completely for awhile.
