saya tuh gak bisa diet gak makan nasi. yg ada saya klepek2... cuma sekarang porsinya aja dikurangi sama dikurangi yg berminyak2. alhamdulillah dari tgl 5 januari dah turun 3 kilo...😀 semangat ke angka 50 kg.
