Begin Rant....Grrrrr....I have been TRYING to work my azz off..literally! lol Been going to the gym alot and super careful with my diet(with the exception of one day). I have almost lost 3 pounds. Meanwhile; hubby eats "okay", goes to the gym with me a few times, and he loses 8 pounds. REALLY?!?!?!?!?! Ok.. Ok... I know the whole deal about men's vs women's metabolism...blah blah blah but STILL!!!!! End Rant

Yes. This makes me insanely cranky, also. My guy can reduce his intake by a grain of rice and lose a pound. I gain a pound if I eat a grain of rice and only lose one if I cut off an arm. Vastly annoying and demotivational.

It's because they have more muscle. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism at rest, the more you can eat and maintain and the easier it is to lose weight. Make sure you add strength training to your workouts. Building muscle will make your metabolism faster. protein and high fiber foods also help build muscle and lose fat. As women, we will never have their metabolisms but we can make ours faster.

I know its soooooo not fair. Morel does NO excercise eats like a horse eats loads of bread and quite literally has a 6pack and huge arm muscels. I know he is only 23 but its so unfair espcially when i look at his dinner plate and my diiner plate in the evenings.Its like molehill and mountains!!

just took a peak at your food calender, you need to eat more!!!!! Your intake is way low, your body is going into shock. Try getting your intake up to 1000-1200 cals a day and you will start to drop. He is losing because he is not starving his body. Also, drop the soda and only drink water.
