in response to IMLUUVD - the South Beach Diet is the only one that comes close to the diet that a nutritionist had put me on. I try to stay between 60-80 carbs per day. This helps me maintain any weight I have lost previously. So it's mostly just trying to eat healthier. I have to admit though - I bought the book "Skinny Bitch" and now am seriously contemplating slowly working in a more vegetarian lifestyle. So I will be logging some of that in here too. This past weekend was my birthday and I fell way out of any diet practices during my celebrating. Today has been better though and once I receive all my "going vegetarian" info I will start weening myself into that. My first goal is to convert from dairy to more soy based product. wish me luck!!
