60 g of protein per day (80 g if you're a male) - regardless, "moderate" is (also) going to depend on your activity level.

50g min of protein for women to about 75g or could go up to 90-100g if you are exercising heavily. 🙋🏻Your body will not absorb or process more than 30g in a meal though. So if you do One Meal A Day or some variation on that certain times of the week cutting your eating window, remember no more than 30g at a time of it just gets stored as fat; then you need to work it off. 🤷🏻♀️
