On January 5th I suffered a mini stroke (I had never even heard the term before) I have type 2 diabetes and been eating a diet rich in cookies,cakes,doughnuts,and candy bars, and washing it all down with a few cans of coke.
Yesterday I got a membership on diet doctor and today I started the 14 day keto diet. I am glad to be back at my fat secret.I am fully committed to getting it right this time.
