Under 200!! I had put my weight at 205 on the 10th when I started but have to wonder if I hadn't lost some before that. I'd been so stuck on 205 that I didn't weight again. Of course a good bit of this I believe is water weight! Not having any problem with eliminating the sugar and white flour. Have made 3 of the recipes and really liked the quinoa dish.
