yup I did it I gained it. Oh well I guess a 2 pound gain is better than 5 or 10. I do know however that on friday I had not gained anything so whatever put me over the edge could possibly be water retention. I will weigh again in the morning and see. Damn that wine oh right and the little peice of my brothers 40th birthday cake probably didn't help either - I feel a bit bloaty and lethargic today but I know it will go away. The fun of parties is the after affect :)

Well I just need to start again and not look back - Learn from experience - isn't that what we all say to the kids ;)

Sometimes that happens and you have the right idea, its done and over with, shake it off and keep going.

Thanks BCLenny and your right once in a while one step backwards can mean 3 or 4 forward :) 45 minutes on the wii with everything over 3.5 fit credits. The hula hoops for 10 minutes - boy am I going to feel that tomorrow............
