This week I'm focusing on fiber. I'm also fine tuning my carbs. I'm cutting out the Whey protein and any of the protein bars. I'm just going to try and stick with basic foods, with the exception of my fiber supplements. For some reason my body is out of whack. I need to get my digestive system back on track.
