3 weeks till my vacation. Really watching what I’m eating and getting to my exercise classes.
I’ve been so tempted to go back to smoking (quit Oct’16).
Does anyone just cut back on calories and lose weight even with exercising?

Whatever you do, please don't go back to smoking. The worst possible thing you could do for your health. I've had friends die from smoking and it's heartbreaking what they went through. I know it's hard, I used to smoke myself. Giving up was the best thing I ever did. I have lost almost 40 lbs through, mainly, counting calories. I don't exercise much at all. Be strong Brenda - you can do it!

I do feel better Doobrie but do miss it. Trying to get out and do things to keep busy. My exercise classes give me that and I’ve met a lot of nice people
