hanging out at 170...not too bad..still much to go though o.0 need to push the water bottle more...for sure!

i actually lost it in several days just didnt weigh in for several and left my weight showing at 174 ..but it ahd actually dropped 2 one day and then another lb and then another..so it was like in three days..but been pushing fluids and eating dieretics to help release the fluids..that helps lots im sure...i had my doc to prescribe me some dieretics..as i always have a problem retaining even when i drink lotsa fluids as i think i have a blockage of sorts down there..need to see a specialist soon, but just got over the kidney stones so healing from that first..still sore....:( peace and love to you as always...<3

Good to see you're doing well. Keep going and in time you'll get to where you want to be. Try Powerade Zero once in a while or seltzer water to vary up the water routine once in a while. I really love Perrier water but it is so damned expensive! I see you mentioned you had good weather there recently, we did too in western Massachusetts - today it rained and was cool but thankfully it looks like the worst of winter weather is over for the season...

yeah i been doing seltzer water buy it in litres and only need two a day...they are great for the days when i need my bubbles ^_^ lol as sometimes my meds make my belly upset..thanks for the encouragement and the ideas, dar
