Not happy, but not beating myself up. New philosophy: lose only 1 lb a week. This way, it will come off slowly. It needs to come off and STAY off for my mental & physical health. Also, need to be a good example to my family. I want them to see me as a POSITIVE role model instead of a couch potato. THIS IS DAY ONE OF THE REST OF MY HEALTHIER LIFE. P.S. Going to get a pedometer today for me and my family. Goal: 10000 steps a day.
