Took a major break after having problems with my gall bladder. I have also been having problems with wter retention. On bad days like today I show that I have gained approx 7 pounds. On good days I show I have only gained 2 pounds. I have to get back to drinking my water. Oh well I am going to put in what I weighed this morning regardless of water weight and go from there. I have been really bad about getting my exercise in too. Need to get back on everything starting now.
