A better day today. HA mostly at bay. Managed to get Christmas decorations packed in boxes but not yet hauled to the attic. Food has been OK and will finish tracking it. Not as much done this weekend as I had hoped perhaps yesterday was just my body telling me to take a rest day. No specific exercise just packing stuff up. Will call to get the MRI rescheduled tomorrow if they are a network provider. If not will call my doc to send me to a different location.
Not enough veggies or fruits today. Wasn't really hungry for dinner.
