肚子痛看醫生說脹氣有點嚴重,醫生建議先停生酮看看並且要吃多餐一點,所以就先乖乖補碳,並開始轉多餐低碳飲食,不過1/19 105目標仍不放棄,提高運動量也是會瘦的。
