I am feeling as though I may lose some weight this week. When I say, "some weight," I mean more than 2 pounds. Does anyone ever get that feeling. I have really only had it one time before and I was correct; I lost 3.5 pounds. I hope the feeling is correct. If it is not correct then I will be happy to not gain weight.
I have been doing IF until noon every day this week. I have not checked to see if my chocolate slip up from earlier this week took me out of ketosis, but I am hoping this will counteract it if it did. I feel good and I think that tomorrow I will use my ketosis stick to see if I am still in ketosis. I feel bad because I was told on Saturday that I was in fat burning mode and I may have sabotaged myself. It happens, right??? Diligently working out and not going crazy with eating nuts this week. Saturday will let me know what worked this week. GULP!!
