Happy Friday everyone!

I ate horribly yesterday- stress, party, etc. and I just gave up caring for a moment.

Now I am either feeling ill from eating all the stuff yesterday, or (and slightly more likely) I am coming down with a sinus infection.

I really want to go for a run but I am going to wait and see if the dizziness goes away- really don't feel like falling over when I am running, lol!!

Barely any appetite today. Only could finish half my morning smoothie- well, at least this should even out last night...
