One of the ways I satisfy my hunger and that the doctor suggested as minimum after my weight loss surgery as a goal was 64 oz of water a day. No caffeine, no carbonated beverages. If you do those you drink more to compensate. And 50 grams of protein. No more than 30 in one meal, your body won’t absorb it. Try keeping the sugar per meal under 5 g or so and the net carbs (which is your grams of carbohydrates minus your grams of fibre) below 10 per meal. Don’t worry about fats too much as they will take care of themselves as you stay with your recommended daily intake. And that’s a recommendation, not a requirement. You don’t have to force yourself to eat that many calories.🤷🏻♀️The important things to do are to get enough protein and water. If you are supplementing with a decent vitamin and minerals most people are fine going back and forth over the RDI. Keeping your magnesium and all your other good minerals up is important to your health as well. 🙆🏻Good luck🙆🏻
