Well this weeks workouts are a bust. I went to a church function tonight and didnt get home til 11pm (was not expecting to get home so late) so this is the 3rd day I have missed, i have to get in the next 2 days to at least have 4 days for the week!!!! Plus no weights yet this week *sigh*
