I'm trying to keep a positive attitude. But tomorrow is weigh in and I'm not looking forward to it. I am truly stuck. I've been changing things up, trying the Jay Robb protein drink, trying to make sure I get enough calories and adding more fiber supplements. I'd be happier if I at least lost some more inches. I lost an initial 4 inches from my waist, then that's it. I'm sticking to BFC as I understand it. Maybe I'm missing something. I'm not sure what to do.

I'm going to take the dog for a walk and try to breathe in the sunshine.
