Day 3: Hello Everyone! Well today was a good day. Drinking the water is getting MUCH easier for me. I actually drank the recommended 8 glasses plus more! Hubby and I went to watch the Talladega race so I did have two beers but the rest of the day I was "health minded". No gym today because my gym is closed on Sunday. But Hubby and I walked along HarborDocks in Destin. It is really nice living in Florida. Can't wait till i can squeeze my bum into a swimsuit and REALLY enjoy Florida!All food entered into Diet Calendar. Sleep and then gym in the morning. Im meeting with a trainer who will set me up on an exercise routine. I am a bit nervous so wish me luck! I hope everyone is doing well with their programs.
