I look at my chart daily so I can see where I have come from, and so I wont forget... This week I have developed a relationship with a new machine that I believe is going to change everything for me. Allow me to introduce the treadclimber. I'm burning 100 calories in 5 mins, & I am sweating to no end. I feel my thighs burn & I think this is just what I need to improve my numbers.

Oh yes, that thing is killer. I haven't been on one in quite some time, but I agree with you that it will get results!! Keep at it!
