Typical weekend garbage! Tailgating before AM baseball game and tailgating afterwards. So many varieties of food. wanting to taste a little of everything. Overnight french toast. Cheeses. Crumb cake. Monkey cake? I am sure at least a pound or two of this will come off over the next two days, but it is disheartening looking at the scale this morning.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
