Phase 2 day 1 I was soooo excited to have a 1/2 cup of sweet potato with lunch today!! YUM!! Forgot to take my supplements in the morning and was tummy grumbling by 11:30 which I never do! Had lunch and was hungry after...but tamed that little part and waited it out and kept busy with the kids in school. Got home and had a fruit smoothie with lemon flavored flaxseed oil and whey...yummy! Now I can make it til dinner :)
