I had to buy a new scale since the old one digitally malfunctioned. So i think it's been a pretty good ride so farr considering the holiday foods. I really can't stand the whole "New Years Diet Resolution". This year was a little different thought 'cus I've been "dieting", eating better and working out a little bit more since before the new year so it was just a continuation of good progress.
