Time to get serious! I can finally run! I got very discouraged for a while, i quit keeping track i quit working hard, But now i think i am ready for this i did a 40 min run on thursday or friday of last week and i felt great! I am hoping that now that i know my limits a little better i will be more successful. According to the doctors scale i've only lost 2 lbs i hoping that was off a little and i've lost more but we shall see!

My goals are to stay on track even if I'm not loosing at least i will be healthy! Though i really would like my clothes to fit again! :)
