I was able to do good yesterday. Now, to focus on today. Since I won't have the car today, I will have to do my strength training at home and I'm going to try and squeeze in some cardio as well. The weather has been awesome so far this week so it is a wonderful time to get outside.

181 days to go....26 wks.......one day at a time!

**Today was an alright day. I see that on days when I have a big b-fast, I tend to eat more throughout the day. I have got to learn to say no more often. So lesson learned, only eat small b-fast from now on, and I think I'm going to start taking my Slim Fast again. And I'm excited that I'm going to the gym tomorow. I won't be able to get my 2x a day in, so I guess I'll have to make it one really big workout :D**
