Just figured out that my RDI wasn't adjusting as I lost weight. No wonder I've been confused by no movement on the scale! Not sure when the site changed, but my exercise page used to give how many calories you burn with no activity, and now doesn't. Didn't realize what it was calculating on until this afternoon. Yikes! This is completely fixable, but boy to I feel like an idiot for not noticing.
I guess the good news is that I kept it down without the right math, so yea me! Now, I can restart the losing!
