I read where someone said posting a real picture was important--he had lots of reasons, and I decided it's important to me to stop hiding so I've posted one today. I also told 2 people today that I'm starting this program--one is a woman I walk with a couple of days a week and the other is a friend at work. Both will be supportive and encouraging I think.
