OMG Something is wrong with our scale. Somehow it got moved and my husband and I suddenly weighed 2 lbs more. I guess our floor isn't level or something. I can move it around and my weight changes. So what do I really weigh? Would love to know I have an accurate reading. My daughter say I can come into the Veterinary office where she works and climb up on the table where they weigh the dogs. For now, I moved it so I weigh 160, which is where I think I'm stuck. I don't officially weigh in until Friday, so we'll see.
Does anyone know how long a plateau lasts; a week, a month, a year?

I went out and got me a new scale because Mines was doing the same thing, so now I think I have an acurrate reading. I hope LOL. My clothes tell me though if I have lost because they fit great especially around my waist. I have two pair of jeans I plan to get back in before my last baby which was 2 years ago. I am almost there which I was 155, but now want to get back to 140 before I even had kids. I really do not know how long a plateau lasts. I think it depends on each person indiviually. I also think as you get to your ideal weight it much harder.

Plateaus are a pain - not sure how long they last but have you tried varying your diet with new stuff to shake it up a bit. Try exercising at a different time to shock your body. Hang in there...if you are doing everything right, your body will start losing again. You go girl! :-)
