Cleaned out my kitchen cupboards last night; doing the refrigerator tonight. Making the decision to do this is VERY energizing and I'm surprised at that. The Sonoma diet fits the lifelong eating habit recommendations given at Kaiser. I like the way you can move through the "waves" and since I LIVE in Sonoma County and love our farmers' markets and all I think I can do this. I plan on visiting here often. HOpe to see others posting so we can encourage each other
