Okay well this weekend was a massive food failure. :( I ate too many carbs and to many sugars. I was invited to a party Friday night and then Saturday me and my hubby had a get together at our house. With all the yummy food, I decided to indulge a little since i have been good. Though I didn't gain any weight luckily...I didn't lose this week. :(

The Weekend is hard for me as well, so what I have been doing is trying to plan even if we are going out. The last party I went to so I stay with in my plan. I ate before I went to the party and when I got there I was full so I ate only a small bite, I was to full from water too that I drank a 1/2 of an alcohol beverages which i did not really want. You should try that when you know you guys are going out.
