Haven't been on in almost a year. Lots happened in that time!! Bought a house,apparently ate a ton of stuff I shouldn't have!! Lost focus on my eating healthy!! Diagnosed with synovial chrondamatosis!! Time to focus on eating healthy again. I did get up to 220lbs.. I couldn't get into my account.. today I'm back!!
