Did the wii fit for 45 minutes yesterday and I focused on the boxing, running and stepping. Holy crap my hips are a bit tight this morning. :) Feel the burn!!!!

I hope to continue the wii every night until I can get 4 stars for every event in it then I think I might be ready to move on to the wii Active - the guy at E B Games said that people tend to like it better even though it is a bit cumbersome. That's ok I will try it and see how it goes. Good luck to me!!!!


Going for a walk tonight to get in that half mile - need to do this every day - I so want to be down to 177 or lower for Easter!!!! got 3 weeks

Awesome work I will bring over that dance game for Wii on Saturday and see what you think. Your doing awesome, and I can definitely see the change on you, you see yourself every day so it is harder to notice, AND if you have a pair of pants that now fit then that is even better. Like you said before it took how long to gain so it will take a little time to come off, but it will be so worth it. Your doing great, your keeping me motivated! Love ya
