Really pleased that watching my calorie intake is starting to pay off, eating regularly and drinking a lot more water is really helping I used to stuff myself silly and still feel the need to eat now I feel I have full control of my appetite I savour every bite and can stop when I feel full & satisfied then come back to my meal/snack later when I get hungry again. Slow but steady progress wins the race. 🙂
67.0 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
