havnt been getting proper excercise, or eating right , nor am i getting enuff water intake..this is something that im gonna have to get a grip of quickly as i been losing it since ive been sick with the kidney stones and so forth..just lost all encouragement as been feeling so badly, but now am feeling somewhat better and plan on grabbinbg the bull by the horns..restarting atkins phase one to bring the net carbs back down and gonna push the water and try to do more cleaning and walking to get atleast some excercise...as i have been pushing myself to do last two days..and although i still feel good in my clothes and have purchased some new ones i still need to lose atleast 35 mopre pounds..:( and over this last week have gained several back...so there it is...
