Getting back on it again, have not been too well this year doctor thinks its my Thyroid if it is weight loss can actually prevent a lot of problems my thyroid has been causing 🙁
68.9 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
