Dieting for me is so yo-yo emotionally... I'll get frustrated at my lack of progress and give up for a week or so then get back to it. But Reserve weekends also throw off my entire schedule since I'm not home and can't really control what/when I eat. I realize that's more of an excuse than an explanation but still frustrating.
