Ugh! So, I allowed myself one day to not worry about my eating (my friend's baby shower on Saturday). I figured it was no big deal because I'd been good all week, but it ended up turning into almost a week of binging! I don't know why I do that to myself over and over again. Part of it was that I had tons of leftover goodies. I brought everything I could into work to get rid of... but I ate the other stuff :( Trying to get on track today, but my schedule is kind of strange this week. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding this Saturday so I'm helping the bride in the evening, after work and we've got the rehersal dinner tomorrow. I might skip this weeks weigh-in.
