I HAVE BEEN LOSING A POUND A DAY SINCE 10/31/17. TODAY I GAINED 2 POUNDS! ON 489 CALORIES PER DAY! THAT'S A 4000 CALORIE DEFICIT. IF MY BODY THINKS I AM GOING TO LET IT GO INTO STARVATION MODE IT HAS ANOTHER THINK COMING. IF I DON'T GO BACK TO LOSING TOMORROW I WILL TWEEK MY DIET MAYBE DO A WATER FAST OR ADD ANOTHER HOUR TO THE GYM IN THE EVENING. LET ME SAY I DID FORGET TO TAKE MY MEDS YESTERDAY AND I HAVE HYPOTHYROIDISM. BUT THAT IS AN EXCUSE I HAVE USED TOO OFTEN IN THE LAST 20 YEARS. NO EXCUSES NOT HUSBAND, KIDS, STRESS OR TEMPTATIONS THIS WEIGHT MUST GO!
