I'm thinking what I lost was water weight because the only difference I see is in my torso; my waist doesn't look as big. I dont feel bloated or sluggish as I've taken to exercising early in the morning before starting my day. I also made a few changes as far as my diet by monitoring my portions. I'm not 100% with portion control, but I'm getting there.
