Well, today is 3rd day on 4day Wonder Diet. No change on scale; however, it’s not going higher, so I’m relieved for that. I’ve been following strictly and not experiencing hunger pangs, but I think I may have used too much salt. In error my green beans were salted too much for taste. Today I’m going to try to use a minimal amount. Tomorrow is the last day for the Wonder Diet, though it’s not advised to wait a month before using it again, I think I might as part of intermittent fasting until I reach my goal wait.
